Rental Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth rental experience, all renters must meet the following requirements:
Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- License must remain valid throughout the rental period.
- Additional drivers must be approved by Easy Car Rentals before operating the vehicle.
Identification
Renters must provide:
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid phone number
- Valid email address
- Proof of residence if requested
Insurance Requirements
Renters must provide proof of full coverage insurance that extends to rental vehicles or purchase approved rental coverage when available.
Payment Requirements
- Major credit cards and approved payment methods accepted.
- Security deposit may be required.
- Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and rental period.
Vehicle Use Restrictions
Vehicles may not be used:
- For illegal activities
- For racing or competitions
- By unauthorized drivers
- While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Outside approved operating areas without permission
Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for:
- Returning the vehicle in substantially the same condition received.
- Reporting any damage immediately.
- Returning the vehicle on time.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup. Additional fuel charges may apply if returned with less fuel.
Tolls, Tickets, and Fees
The renter is responsible for:
- Parking tickets
- Traffic violations
- Tolls
- Impound fees
- Any charges incurred during the rental period
Reservation Policy
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Easy Car Rentals reserves the right to refuse service when rental requirements are not met.
